How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship using Australia Post. Delivery is typically 2-3 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days Express Post. Due to Covid 19 orders may take up to a week. Express Post Delivery can not be guaranteed.
Can I get express shipping?
Yes – please select Express Post before checking out. Please be aware that due to Covid 19 Express Post delivery can not be guaranteed to be delivered within 1 to 2 days.

What is your returns policy?
All products come with a 30 day money back guarantee – we love our products and we know you will to but if for any reason you are unhappy please return the product to us within 30 days for a refund. There must be at least 50% of the product still remaining in the original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the finer details.

PACKAGING
How will my order arrive?
All of our postage packaging is recyclable (yes even our stickers and tape). So pop us in your recycle bin. 80% of our product packaging is recyclable so pop the empty containers in the recycle bin too. Unfortunately the foam pup and the emergency spot treatment container is not recyclable but we are working on that!
Is your packaging sustainable?
Absolutely – we try to use recycling materials to make packaging where possible.
USING THE PRODUCT
Should I patch test my product? If so, how?
Yep! Doing an at-home patch test is easy. Just apply a small portion of product to an area of your skin that is less visible. Monitor for the day to see if any adverse reactions occur. If your skin shows no signs of irritation, it’s all systems go!
What is the ultimate FOR routine for healthy skin?
At a minimum, FOR Daily Basics is your day-to-day go-to. Begin with the The Starter as your cleanser and then follow with the The Finisher. From here, you can customise your skin routine to suit your needs. Add on The Outdoor before you step outside, spot correct with the Spot Eraser or explore The Active range. Alternatively, if you have problematic skin, replace The Starter with The Specialist for a more targeted approach to supporting your unique skin condition.
Is FOR suitable for all teenagers AND men?
You betcha! We also have The Mature range for those needing a post-adolescent range that is specifically formulated for the unique needs of men.
Is FOR suitable for all skin types? How about problem-prone or sensitive skin?
Yes. Our range is made with natural ingredients and free from all the nasties. This means that our products are gentle on all skin types. For those with extra sensitivities and problem zones, we suggest The Specialist range and The Spot Eraser.
Remember, we always recommend patch testing on your skin before use.
Do FOR products have an expiry date?
As the majority of our products are loaded with natural ingredients with power boosting extras they have expire dates – details or noted on each product.
Are FOR products tested on animals?
No way. We don’t believe in testing on animals. All of our products have been safely tested on Aussie lads of varying ages to ensure the products truly work and have no nasty side effects.
Are FOR products vegan?
Yes – unless otherwise stated our products are vegan.
