Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Flat rate: $10 AUD
Please note: Import taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. FOR is not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Do you offer FREE shipping within Australia?
Free shipping on all orders over $150 – Flat rate of $6.99 on all orders $150 and under.  Express Shipping $10.00. Rates may change during times of special offers.

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?

Sorry orders are unable to be changed once placed.

Can I track my order? 
Once the order is sent a tracking number will be sent directly to your email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship using Australia Post. Delivery is typically 2-5 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days Express Post.  Express Post Delivery can not be guaranteed.

Can I get express shipping? 
Yes – please select Express Post before checking out. As Advised by Aust Post Express Post delivery can not be guaranteed to be delivered within 1 to 2 days.
