Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship nationally within Australia.

Do you offer FREE shipping within Australia?
Free shipping on all orders over $99 – Flat rate of $5 on all order under $99.  Express Shipping $10.00. Rates may change during times of special offers.

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?

Sorry orders are unable to be changed once placed.

Can I track my order? 
Once the order is sent a tracking number will be sent directly to your email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship using Australia Post. Delivery is typically 2-3 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days Express Post. Due to Covid 19 orders may take up to a week. Express Post Delivery can not be guaranteed.

Can I get express shipping? 
Yes – please select Express Post before checking out. Please be aware that due to Covid 19 Express Post delivery can not be guaranteed to be delivered within 1 to 2 days.
