Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason, after you have tried our products you are not happy then we are not happy! Please contact contact@getfor.com.au and we will try and resolve the issue.
We will then ask you to return the items within 30 days of receiving/delivery date of your products and we will issue you with a refund of the FOR products. Simply return you items to enable our team to issue a refund – we do not cover the shipping cost to return the goods. Refunds will only be issued for the items returned and received so we suggest you use registered post. The product must be atleast 50% full in original untampered packaging. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be processed to the method that was used to pay for the order.
It is as easy as emailing us at contact@getfor.com.au, include your order number and the email address used when the order was processed and we will reply with instructions as to how to return your item
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@getfor.com.au
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@getfor.com.au and we will send you instructions as to how to return the items for exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
